Rupert Kay
Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Rupert founded Continental Gold in 2021. His vision was to create a property development company striving to create homes of the future, homes that put people’s health and wellbeing first. He is an exciting, value-focused, performance-driven property developer with experience in both finding and running multiple developments with GDVs over 10 million pounds. He believes in the power of radical honesty and the pursuit of excellence. He is ambitious, hardworking, and driven. He is a charismatic leader who leads from the front and believes in creating environments of excellence that inspire those within it to work for the greater cause and become the best they can be. His desire to make a difference and inspire those around him is what continually pushes him to evolve and seek new challenges far outside his comfort zone. He believes that the power of a great team will always outperform a great individual.
Joshua Kay
Managing Director
Joshua is the Managing Director of Continental Gold. He is a passionate property professional who is meticulous with details, organised, and always ensures outcomes are achieved. His pervious role was as operations director where he oversaw the day to day running of the construction company and architect team. At its largest the construction company had over 120 employees operating on 16 different sites across the UK. He took care of national delivery logistics and management of all contracts Josh understands the lender's needs from a developer’s perspective as well as from a construction contractors’ perspective. He knows how to provide confidence and clarity; this ensure all parties involved in the development are well communicated to which leads to repeat lending and long-term relationships which is something josh prides himself on.
